Chisinau City Tour (including walking activity)

  • A comprehensive Chisinau City Tour, which includes visits to the most important cultural and tourist points of interest in the capital of Moldova (please note: no entry to museums is included).

Day 2 – Wine Festival, Asconi Winery & Mimi Castle


Morning – Wine Festival

  • After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the lively and colorful wine festival, where you will have the chance to immerse yourself in Moldova’s beloved wine tradition.

  • Spend the morning exploring the festival grounds, sampling a variety of new wines, enjoying the festive atmosphere, and taking part in the joyful celebrations that fill the air with music and laughter.


Afternoon – Asconi Winery

  • In the afternoon, transfer to the well-regarded Asconi Winery, a charming family-run estate that was founded in 1994 and, to this day, remains a proudly family-owned business.

  • The winery’s core goal is to produce the very best wines possible, using the finest and most advanced available technology, all while carefully maintaining and honoring the time-honored traditions of our people.

  • During your visit, you will enjoy a guided tour of the production facilities and vineyards, followed by a delicious traditional lunch served right at the winery, featuring authentic Moldovan dishes paired with their excellent wines.


Afternoon – Mimi Castle

  • After lunch, continue your journey to the magnificent Mimi Castle, which is currently considered one of the most beautiful and elegant architectural masterpieces in the entire world of wine.

Day 3– Old Orhei, Chateau Vartely & Cricova


Morning – Old Orhei Archaeological Complex

  • After breakfast at the hotel, set off all the way to the remarkable Old Orhei Historical and Archaeological Complex, one of Moldova’s most treasured cultural sites.

  • This is a true open-air museum, widely regarded as one of the most extraordinary and well-preserved historical monuments in the entire country, offering a fascinating glimpse into the region’s ancient past.

Afternoon – Cricova Winery

  • Continue to the pearl of our tour – the world-famous Cricova Winery, which represents a truly unique underground city, well-known all over the globe for its vast and intricate labyrinths of subterranean tunnels, and especially for its excellent, internationally acclaimed wines.

  • The legendary cellars of Cricova are also home to a truly remarkable collection of wines – The National Oenotec, which houses some of the rarest and most precious vintages in the world.

  • Guests will be taken deep into the impressive Cricova wine tunnels by small electric trains, gliding through the cool, dimly lit passages while learning about the fascinating history and production methods of this iconic winery.


Evening – Free Time

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

There is no single supplement surcharge for single travellers as this is a private tour. The more travelers in your private group the bigger the discount for the private tour.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
