Transfer to Odessa from Chisinau at 08:00am. Passing the Moldovan-Ukrainian border checkpoint Palanca (Moldova)- Mayaky-Udobne (Ukraine).
Walking tour in Odessa within 5-6 hours. Our guides are keen on history of Odesa and shifting in time and space. Here you’ll have a guided city tour, including visits to Prymors’kyi district, Privoz Market and Shevchenko Park which are top sights worth seeing. Odesa City Center is noteworthy for its historic sites, and you can make a stop at top attractions like Deribasovskaya Street and Odesa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, the Potemkin Steps.

Visit The Odessa Passage. The historic Passage in the Ukrainian city of Odessa is an archaeological masterpiece that was constructed during 1898-1899. The site is one of the most famous sights in the city and serves as a mall and a hotel. A unique feature of the building is that it has a steam engine on its roof. Visitors love the architectural style of the Passage’s facade, which combines elements of classical, modernism, and baroque styles.
In afternoon take a gentle walk along Gogol Street to Tolstoy Palace and walk through the gardens. Keep going until you reach the recently restored Ekaterina Square, and stroll through the pleasant tree-filled City Garden. Continue along Deribassovskaya Street, the central pedestrian street of Odesa. With its numerous hotels, restaurants, cafes, and shops, it is the major commercial street and a popular place to take a stroll.
Early evening we depart back to Chisinau and arrive in Chisinau about 22.00

The city is open, the port still works, restaurants are full. Air-raid alerts happen but are rare and predictable. We monitor the situation hourly. If safety drops below our threshold on the day, we reschedule or switch to a Moldova-side tour at no extra cost. We have been taking travelers to Odessa for a few years now problem free.
If you’re an EU, US, UK, or Canadian citizen, no visa needed for Ukraine. I bring all car paperwork. Non-standard passports, send us a photo before booking and we will check.
Usually 30 to 60 minutes total (both sides). On busy summer weekends it can stretch to 2 hours, We plan around it.
